I absolutely love going to cooking classes when I’m traveling. You get to know new ingredients and different ways of cooking. Your spicy paella looks amazing. Love the thought of adding chicken jalapeno sausages to really get the heat going!

Eating local food is one of the best ways to get to know the local culture. Experiencing through cooking it yourself and a bonus!
